Sign Up for a Fremont Bank HSA Online
You can enroll online, make your initial deposit through our Fremont Bank HSA eChecking system, and register for complete online access to manage your account. The process is not only easy, but is inexpensive as well. You can open your account for an annual fee of only $35.00 with unlimited free use of a debit card and eChecks.
If you would like to sign-up online, please make sure you can provide details on all the following information requirements, and then continue to our Online Enrollment!
- Personal Profile including Driver’s License or Passport Number
- Annual Health Plan deductible and date coverage begins
- Dependents (for family plans)
- Bank Account information including Routing and Account Number
